Because Of You...

Hi Friends,

First, we’ve had a minute to adjust to the new-year routine and reflect on last year’s work. I wanted to write to thank our entire growing community.  Whether you engage our services, follow us on Instagram, tell a friend about our work, or silently cheer us on from afar, your support is felt and so, so appreciated.

Second, I always value transparency and wanted to share the impact your support has had on so many lives. Because of you, we were able to get through last year while retaining our full team, fostering the career growth of 6 incredible women. We sold over $725,000 of art that directly supports artists’ livelihood and small gallery businesses.  These sales also enable voices of diverse artists around the globe to be heard, and in a year when cultural institutions were shut down indefinitely, these artists served as an important touchpoint to culture that enriches our lives.

Because of you, we kept our art-trucker, artist, and friend engaged with art-moves around the northeast after his business was shut down last Spring. And, one of our favorite framers in Brooklyn welcomed a steady flow of our work that came in through the fall to keep his brick-and-mortar storefront afloat. Thanks to you, we were able to host our Third Annual Cobble Hill Halloween Window Painting Day that gave elementary school kids a free, enriching activity that united them with neighbors and retailers they had been distanced from for so long.

We serviced clients around North America to help them feel inspired in their homes, which, over the past year, became central to everything. With your help and referrals, we expanded our world to connect with countless new artists, designers, prospective clients, and more, over topics that felt positive and uplifting amidst the immeasurable anxiety that blanketed last year. This simply could not have been done without you.

This letter is intended to share our deepest gratitude and illuminate how we’re all connected, even when living apart. As we look towards our goals for 2021 and beyond, what do we strive to do most?  More of the above, and learning every step of the way. We continuously welcome your ideas, strive to support others, and value being part of a community that lifts each other up.

Thank you, and stay well,
